Frequently asked questions

How does the 30-day trial work?
Every plan starts with 30 days free — full access to the tier you pick, no credit card up front. When the trial ends you choose a plan; until then nothing is charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel self-serve from the billing portal — your plan runs to the end of the paid period and doesn't renew. No cancellation fees, no phone calls.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your trees, photos, counts, and sensor readings are yours — export them as CSV whenever you like, and if you leave, your data goes with you.
What counts as a tree?
A tree is one tagged position on your map — a trunk with its own QR slug, photo history, and counts. Survey photos don't count against the limit, only mapped trees do. For scale: our demo farm (a real July 2026 tropical durian orchard survey) maps 72 trees from 243 geotagged photos.
