- How does the 14-day trial work?
- Every plan starts with 14 days free — full access to the tier you pick, no credit card up front. When the trial ends you choose a plan; until then nothing is charged.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel self-serve from the billing portal — your plan runs to the end of the paid period and doesn't renew. No cancellation fees, no phone calls.
- How does hardware shipping work?
- QR tag kits and sensor mesh starters are one-time purchases, separate from your subscription. Shipping address is collected at checkout; we currently ship within the US and its territories.
- Who owns my data?
- You do. Your trees, photos, counts, and sensor readings are yours — export them as CSV whenever you like, and if you leave, your data goes with you.
- What counts as a tree?
- A tree is one tagged position on your map — a trunk with its own QR slug, photo history, and counts. Survey photos don't count against the limit, only mapped trees do. For scale: our demo farm (a real July 2026 tropical durian orchard survey) maps 66 trees from 243 geotagged photos.
